Because each item is custom‑made, Moban’z does not accept returns or exchanges for: • Wrong size ordered • Buyer’s remorse • Color differences due to screen brightness We do replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll remake or refund your item.

Lost Packages
