You can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Because each item is custom‑made, Moban’z does not accept returns or exchanges for: • Wrong size ordered • Buyer’s remorse • Color differences due to screen brightness We do replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll remake or refund your item.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier. Moban’z is not responsible for stolen packages.
