Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order. USA: 5–10 business days International: 7–15 business days Holiday seasons: Shipping may take longer due to carrier delays.

FAQ Item 4 — Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom‑made, Moban’z does not accept returns or exchanges for: • Wrong size ordered • Buyer’s remorse • Color differences due to screen brightness We do replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

FAQ Item 5 — What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll remake or refund your item.

Each product page includes a Size Chart. For best results, measure a shirt you already own and compare it to the chart.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Yes — Moban’z offers custom jerseys, tees, and hoodies. Send us your idea and we’ll create a design based on your vision.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier. Moban’z is not responsible for stolen packages.
